Happy Birthday! I knew we must be kindred spirits. My birthday is in 11 days, yes a Leo too. My groovy Aunt Lynn did my chart deceases ago, I have no idea when it evaporated in one of my many moves. Thoughts; my only panic attack, ever, was in my first 3 years of sobriety.Also, coping skills (drinking, weed) saved my young life. Without them, I am not sure I would have survived. Long-term these coping skills started to back fire and caused real damage. However, I do not regret my path for a minute. Of course, it’s taken me decades to get here. Good therapy, good sponsorship and hard work, all of it has helped. I am grateful to have found your writing, a breath of fresh air, indeed. You are amazing, keep going. And thank you.
